Are you talking about hearing it with after effects open while you are editing? The only way to hear it is by RAM previewing or press the period key on your numerical keypad while editing in AE. Otherwise you must render out the video with audio checked.

Yes you can add as much as you like.. it's a simple text layer in after effects.. just double click the text layer and type in 2 or 1000 words..

Hi there! Amazing Intro! I was just wondering how idiot proof this is?! I'm a complete newbie to After Effects having only downloaded the trial version of CS 5 a few days ago. I'd love to use this for an FCP doc I'm working on though. Is it really as simple as opening the file and typing the text in, or should I stick to Motion intro's for now til I've got my bearings in After Effects?

If you have trapcode form.. yes it is transparent. However you can use the pre-rendered version and switch the pre-rendered movie's blending mode to "Add" or "Screen" and you can see your video behind the particles.

Bought this file, have trapcode suite and knoll, however when I try and open the bonus file it won't allow me to. Error is it was created with a Macintosh Intel and my After Effects (CS3) won't open the file. Any ideas? Cheers

The only thing you need to change color is trapcode form. You can't however use the bonus version unless you have the entire trapcode suite plus knoll light factory
